I feel like Outer Worlds should count. It's not post apocalyptic, but definitely heading there. And it's definitely inspired by Fallout. Made by some of the same people.
I like The Outer Worlds a bunch, but I do think it’s something of a disservice to think of it as “Fallout in Space”.
I know the marketing pushed the Fallout New Vegas connection really hard, but that’s marketing.
It has a lot of similar sensibilities, given the shared creative team but it’s really its own thing. Even in terms of overall world structure it’s more like a BioWare RPG than a modern Fallout. Combat really has the Tim Cain sensibility of balance where the rules do feel like trying hard to translate a tabletop system into a game and a design looking for tradeoffs as opposed to full on player empowerment.
