AuDHD here, it goes in waves. Sometimes I'm really on top of it and other times keeping up with this feels like tyranny to my brain and I pay the ADHD tax.

I use Proton Drive with a mounted rclone folder and it's gotten better, but it is still not as smooth as the sync on my Windows machine unfortunately.
