Good morning ๐Ÿ‘พ

I'd like to fetch data via BLE (Python or Swift) from a cheap smart ring that can be reverse engineered or that is already RE'd. Pulse, oxygen levels, gyroscope, button would be very useful. I'd like to build a python or swift library.

Thank you for any input =)

If I remember correctly, I played Portal on Xbox 360 and an old macOS version

Dear community,

I'm looking for a similar (calm) game like Portal 1/2 or Firewatch that I can play on macOS with a similar vibe. The last time I played a game is years ago, and I wish I had at least once a week a nice single-player game that I can play 1-2 hours. =)

I enjoyed Portal because I had to plan out what I'm doing before I act (without being pressured to act), the atmosphere of the game was legendary and I liked that little robot following me. Firewatch had a calm amazing story, there was no 'action' but sometimes that feeling that something could happen. It was a nice exploring game.

Any ideas?

Update: Thank you for your input!

Hi, I'm currently on a MacBook Air M2 8/256 and I'm running out of disk space. System is too large. I love macOS but I'd love to try out something new, such as Fedora and maybe switch to Fedora long-term.

I want to buy any computer (specs don't matter) as long as it can smoothly run Brave Browser (10 to 20 tabs), VS Code, Terminal, Discord all in parallel on Fedora (preferred) or Ubuntu. The only requirement is that it's cheap, can be refurbished. I have no preference for arm64 or amd64

Budget: 150$.

If this is out of scope, please disregard my request

update: a friend offered me his MacBook for a really good price

Howdy,

A few hours ago, I was smoking a cigarette outside and looking up at the sky. Suddenly, I saw something that looked like this:

ยท โ€“โ€“โ€“โ€“โ€“--

A small glowing dot (like a plane light) and a glowing trail

(from the looks of it, it wasn't a meteor)

It moved with the speed of a plane from right to the left.

Maybe Starlink?

I could have checked my ADS-B monitoring for planes but I haven't set that up outside :/ my antenna is also small.
