The police crackdown over a video of United States President Donald Trump and convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein projected onto Windsor Castle has been dubbed a “ridiculous overreaction”.

Thames Valley Police said four men were arrested on suspicion of malicious communications following the stunt.

One is a 60-year-old from East Sussex and one is a 37-year-old from Kent.

The other two men, both from London, are aged 36 and 50.

The film, created by political campaign group Led By Donkeys, lasted nine minutes and was projected from a hotel room with a direct view to the castle.

It covered the history of Mr Trump’s links to Epstein, including the recent release by US authorities of a raft of documents alleged to include a letter from the president to Epstein to celebrate his 50th birthday.

This afternoon Israel committed yet another terrorist atrocity when it bombed the building hosting Gaza’s peace negotiators in Doha, Qatar. Doha – RAF refuelling plane was circling

Now, flight tracker data shows that an RAF refuelling aircraft was circling overhead as Israel was bombing Doha:

The distance from Israel to Doha is approximately 2,200km – around the same as the total range of the F35 strike aircraft used by Israel – meaning that the jets would need in-flight refuelling to return to Israel.

Questions were raised – and not yet answered by the Starmer regime – about the RAF’s involvement in the murder of six journalists bombed by Israel in Gaza, after similar tracking showed an RAF plane circling over the attack location.

This new data raises the same possibility that the Starmer regime has gone beyond political cover, spy flights and a lawfare war on UK rights of protest and free speech in it’s collusion in Israel’s genocide – into active collaboration in an act of war on the sovereign territory of a nation hosting supposed peace talks.

I was hopeful for this when I heard that Ecosia and Qwant were working together to reduce reliance on Microsoft and Google, but a search engine "designed specifically for LLMs and generative AI agents" was not what I was hoping for.

I would love if the president had to be able to run a mile and do pull-ups. Might keep these braindead racists off the throne.

What about this is shocking? That unencrypted messages are read by governments? That it took them 10 days to follow up? That people still use snapchat?

Here in the UK 78% of people support a 2% wealth tax on net assets worth more than £10 million yet our spineless neoliberal government is more focused on cutting disability benefits and bombing starving children.

You could say that for everyone pushing for an encryption ban. If they use whatsapp, encryption, if they use https websites, encryption. Banning encryption is nigh impossible, it's like trying to ban prime numbers. What they'll actually do is get even easier backdoors and criminalise the masses that use it while still using it themselves.

Yeah it's super super repressive. I was held in custody (think solitary confinement) for 54 hours for a 10 minute march around parliament square another time. I'm also currently banned from London so can't join the protests for Palestine happening there. I have friends who were put on GPS tags and not allowed to leave their home for similar marches. One other friend had their GPS tag set up wrong so police turned up and told her she was breaking her bail conditions by going in her bathroom because that's outside the zone the police set for her 🙃

There's no legal recourse, who am I going to complain to, the police? Lots of what they're doing is illegal under their own laws and, more often, international law. But laws are nothing if they aren't enforced.
