Obviously it's not like stealing a car and I'm pretty sure that's a straw man, he just said it's piracy, which I'd argue it is.

It's like taking the train without paying, you aren't inherently hurting anyone, but if no one pays/watches ads it's not sustainable.

I would wait on Starfield myself and wait for mods, but considering it's part of gamepass, I see no reason to not give it a fair shake, especially since I have a few more months of gamepass I got gifted. I do however plan on buying the game like a year or two from now (or maybe ten, if Skyrim is anything to go on) on Steam to do another modded playthrough

Only question is: when the hell am I supposed to play this, this year's absolutely packed with great games.

The old comic book rule of 'no body no death' might come into play

I think that's the low end for wow players as well. I played it excessively for like a whole year (wake up, play, go to bed with very few obligations during that time), I have no idea how much time I spent in that game overall, because I've had a few periods like that in my life (though never that crazy)

I will never get this sentiment. It's a fucking game launcher, it downloads the games quickly and launches them. I just don't get this hate boner people have for it.

I played Red Dead 2 and Control through it and had absolutely zero problems. You all just want a steam monopoly for whatever gods forsaken reason.

Huh, maybe I'm just damaged by reddit, because I rarely ever comment exactly because of that. I was active on smaller subs, but why bother writing a comment on anything on r/all when literally nobody is ever gonna read it. That sentiment stuck so far, maybe it's time to rethink this attitude

Even if he had only one drink every time, it's still a form of alcoholism to do so every single day (as the previous commenter alluded to). It'll still devolve into compulsive behavior.

Wait, acts? Are there literally like title screens like "Act 2 - The bad thing happens" or do you just call it act three in a storytelling structure kind of thing? Because I played like 15 hours this weekend and only barely made it to the underdark for the first time (no idea how far into the game that is). Howlongtobeat said the main story takes like 24 hours so I figured I'm a good way through the game already.

Can't wait to get back to it

For the young and experienced point: I was shocked how well she could fight. I thought the first fight against kill cannon would be the humbling "maybe I'm not ready" fight, but she fought like a god damn pro, ducking and dodging punches. Overall, I felt like she was way to good at fighting, though I guess that can be chalked up to her being created to be a weapon, so there could be some muscle memory implanted in her or some such.

I really enjoy Play, Watch, Listen by Alanah Pearce (works as a writer for Santa Monica Studios) with Mike Bithell(is a video game director with his own studio), Austin Wintory(is a video game music composer) and Troy Baker(that VA that is in everything). I know Troy Baker is a bit controversial, but I really love the insights they have on the gaming industry. It's really fun to listen to IMO
