I'm replaying Fallout 4. With my first playtrough I allied with the Institute. Now I wanted to have different game so I decided to ally with the Railroad. But I can't suffer them. They are just a bunch of morons and their whole agenda is ridicoulous. I'm at the stage when I'm about to officially betray the Institute by helping some synths escape. But it involves killing some innocent Institute researches and their synths to save other synths. To save a few robots I'm supposed to kill actual people and other robots? I'm trying to roleplay as a good guy here! It doesn't make any sense...

I see the Institute as the only reasonable faction to join. People live happy and civilized lives there. They are technologically advanced and can actually change the world. ^trying ^to ^avoid ^major ^spoilers: >!Your relative lives there. Has any of you actually helped the Railroad because you liked them?

I want to play the game together with friends when they visit and I'm wanted to know if there's an offline tutorial needed to be completed before playing in a team. Wondering if it makes sense if everyone just sits there and play the tutorial by themselves or maybe we should all have it completed to be ready to jump into multiplayer right away when we meet.
