Huh. I kind of liked it. I've only seen a few episodes, I don't watch a lot of TV, but Phoebe particularly cracked me up.

Holy shit now I know why John Cena always seemed so familiar!

Oh I don't disagree, just that the first two seasons had a significant amount of cringe that smooths out by season 3.

As with most shows, the first couple seasons are the weakest, but the show overall is just fantastic. It's a must-see for scifi fans.

Or... hang with me here - I only just used one at a time.

Truly you have a dizzying intellect. I don't know why I tried to pull one over on you. It's ridiculous to imagine that users with the names "AgentSeven" and "Supervisor194" would be in any way related.

Sure, although I would phrase it I think a bit more pointedly: "it has become impossible to tell managers mesmerized by artificial intelligence that the tools are not, in fact, capable of what they imagine they are capable of."

This points, rightly, at it being a failure on the part of the managers - not artificial intelligence. And God knows that's spot fucking on.

It has become impossible to tell managers mesmerised by artificial intelligence that the tools are not, in fact, helpful.

This is stupid. The tools are helpful. Overhyped? Sure. But to pretend they are in no way helpful is just wrong.

I just moved to lemmy.zip from dbzer0 and before that, world, mainly because I want to be the one blocking, I don't want my instance to block for me. I must not be subscribed to the right places, because I just don't see a whole lot of CCP/RUS apologia? I'm pretty good at passing over shit I know I won't agree with though, so it might just not be registering.

Yeah, 'tied with 2017' and this is supposed to be news. The only news here is that 30% of the electorate remain idiots. I'm kind of dead curious to see what the world would have to look like for them to gain even the tiniest shred of awareness. Unfortunately, we might actually get the chance.

In order to get the war powers resolution to fail, Fetterman had to vote with them. If Mitch were declared dead, a special election would have had to have been held and anyone could have run in it. ~~Tommy Tuberville~~ Thomas Massie would have run, split the Republican vote and a Democrat could/would have taken the seat and that resolution would not have failed. Let's not pretend the Republicans aren't engaging in fraud on purpose. They are. They know precisely what they are doing and they need to be held accountable. But they're on a very long list in that regard.
