Hello Lemmy (reddthat.com)
submitted 2 years ago by Div_Sharp@reddthat.com to c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

Just stumbled upon this place to check how the progress is going. I'd say it's really good 👍 but it needs a looot more development and improvement. And the apps on Android also need a lot more UI/UX refinement. I hope it happens fast or else the whole reddit to lemmy conversation thing can fail because of users not wanting to use a poorly designed app or complex sign up method. I literally had to use a browser and a website to sign up for this thing after trying to find a signup button on the apps for lemmy (I tried on 3 apps).

That’s a very strange way to incentivize developers to “work faster” I am new here and just grateful that there are already apps that I can use. At this point, it’s more than I could ask for. If you want forward progress, be a part of it by the way of contributions, either through direct code commits or reporting issues/bugs, but please try to be more helpful than asking people to “work faster.” It has the opposite effect.
