I'm so ashamed at the fact, that pride month is the only time of the year when my workplace gives a shit about our rights. They participate in the pride parade just to check it off their list. Fortunately, I've recently gotten a new boss who seems to have zero tolerance against bigotry and take us seriously. I'm gonna try to have her initiate some sort of educative efforts too. πŸ™πŸ’ͺπŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈπŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ

Just FYI, if your employer only gives a shit about your rights during pride month, they never gave a shit about your rights at all. The pride month virtue signaling was just marketing.

I have never seen pride month at my workplace but I probably won't even notice except for some flag will maybe appear somewhere. But also all the people are generally super nice and gentle and caring and tolerant so I'm very happy with how it is

Not a cool cabinet. By the sounds of it, the cabinet's purpose is to keep pride stuff sealed away to prevent anyone LGBTQ from feeling like there their employer has any respect for them.
