Ah yes, let’s teach the bullies that physical violence is an appropriate response to behavior you don’t like. Surely that’ll have no consequences.

I first read this as 'caring'....Which I suspect is probably a better approach, given that these are children

But, I have met tons of people that probably could've benefited from a good ol' caning, so there's that too...
