Ah yes, let’s teach the bullies that physical violence is an appropriate response to behavior you don’t like. Surely that’ll have no consequences.

But, I have met tons of people that probably could've benefited from a good ol' caning, so there's that too...

Considering how often bullies are enabled by school administrators, I can't foresee any unforeseen consequences with this policy.
