Donald Trump’s tiredness, recent MRI and hand bruise suggest he may be taking medication to treat Alzheimer’s disease, according to a “curious” California Democrat.

Rep. Sydney Kamlager-Dove, D-Calif., tweeted that Trump is showing signs he’s taking the Alzheimer’s disease drug Leqembi.

“The Alzheimer’s drug Leqembi:- Is administered through an infusion (for example, through the hand)- Can cause swelling, bleeding, or fluid leakage in the brain, requiring regular MRIs- Can cause tiredness,” Kamlager-Dove tweeted along with a picture of Trump’s hand bruise. “Curious.”

So the Dr that keeps lying for him will be punished when this all comes out right?

I hope he suffers

[-] sunbytes@lemmy.world 2 points 51 minutes ago

The Majority report have been following this for a few weeks.

Apparently the medication needs to be taken monthly, which would coincide with his monthly "annual" physicals at the hospital.

They've all downloaded period tracker apps to confirm the theory and they predicted his latest visit very effectively.

Also you can see how sharp he is at the start of the cycle vs the end. Once they tell you what day it's on, it's even more obvious how he's going to be handling things.

[-] Red_October@lemmy.world 31 points 12 hours ago

Remember when the Republicans wouldn't shut up about their theory that the Biden administration was covering up Bidens supposed health problems? You know, exactly like they're doing for Trump now?

[-] tamiya_tt02@lemmy.world 22 points 10 hours ago

Every complaint is projection. They're terrified of being called out on their bullshit, but simultaneously forgetful of the evil things they said during any democratic president's term.

[-] Blackfeathr@lemmy.world 7 points 12 hours ago

Jake Tapper and his stupid book all but poured accelerant on their claims earlier this year. And look who is oddly quiet now....

From what I remember it wasn't even proven this drug works. There were some data suggesting it might have some positive effects and since there is no known treatment for Alzheimer's it was approved to "give patients a chance".

[-] TommySalami@lemmy.world 2 points 3 hours ago

I work with the Alzheimer's drugs somewhat frequently, and there are ~15 patients I know of on Leqembi specifically. It's not meant to reverse or stop anything, but rather slow progression -- which for Alzheimer's can be a miracle. You're not going to get on the med or even be evaluated for Alzheimer's unless you're showing some deficits though, and you absolutely need evidence of plaque build-up.

[-] ExLisper@lemmy.curiana.net 1 points 30 minutes ago

Yes but I though even evidence that it's slowing anything down was at best very weak?

Also, is there any medicine that makes the patients look more awake/cheerful? It looks like Trump is sleepy and irritated almost all the time but then he suddenly becomes very active and his mood improves like during the Mamdani meeting.

That’s the power of true love my friend.

[-] SnarkoPolo@lemmy.world 16 points 14 hours ago

He will last another 6 - 10 years. That fat fuck has health care not even a billionaire can dream of. Miller and the rest will prop him up ala Weekend At Bernie's, but he will be just cognizant enough to ramble through a speech and sign an order.

[-] AnUnusualRelic@lemmy.world 2 points 5 hours ago

I'm pretty sure that the main purpose of the tesla androids is to use one to stuff Trump's carcass with.

Only the good die young, only evil seems to live forever.

[-] synae@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 16 hours ago

Best of luck to the crisis!

[-] Naevermix@lemmy.world 6 points 17 hours ago

Trump is the symptom, not the illness.

[-] myfunnyaccountname@lemmy.zip 38 points 1 day ago

No he’s not. He is a god. And a pedophile. And a rapist. But a god. Look at his orange manly non makeup wearing self. 8’9” tall. -7% body fat. The energy of 1884 12 year olds….not the ones he raped. This man deserves a made up peace prize from one of the most corrupt organizations on the planet.

[-] ameancow@lemmy.world 7 points 18 hours ago* (last edited 18 hours ago)

Evil narcissists live forever because they feel almost no anxiety. They are so assured that they're right, or so disconnected from accountability, that they don't even know how to stew in feelings of doubt or imagine scenarios where they aren't coming out the hero.

This is also the source of the confidence that lets them basically soar through life untouched by consequence.

The rest of us live in a stew of stress hormones that erode our organs and minds because we worry if we're taking care of the people we love and if we're going to make the right decisions in life.

It started corrupt, became prestigious, and is now kinda mid.

[-] victorz@lemmy.world 3 points 17 hours ago

Plenty of people are already saying this. Especially epistemiccrisis (Instagram), who has made it the entire subject of his account.

His shit is funny though, ngl. I love his posts.

Information about the treatment. It actually seems to line up. Infusions at two week intervals. Routine MRI’s.

I honestly think he was diagnosed with dementia all the way back around the "man woman person camera tv" incident.

When someone has a neuropsych eval, it's never just ONE test, it's a set of several. Another very common one is the clock drawing test, which can be highly indicative of alzheimers or other forms of dementia.

The simple fact that he wasn't also crowing about drawing the best clock anyone ever saw makes me think that one did not go well.

[-] queermunist@lemmy.ml 18 points 1 day ago

When he dies they will replace him with AI and the Supreme Court will rule it constitutional.

[-] Lucidlethargy@sh.itjust.works 4 points 23 hours ago

That AI has a name, it's Grok.

[-] NotMyOldRedditName@lemmy.world 3 points 23 hours ago

Supreme court demands AI present its case at hearing

AI speaks incomprehensible gibberish.

Supreme court: it even sounds exactly like Trump, it's clearly Trump. Approved!

[-] Olhonestjim@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Seems simple enough.

[-] OldChicoAle@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

I believe it. You heard it here, folks!

[-] lmagitem@lemmy.zip 10 points 1 day ago

So that's why he agrees with whoever he spoke to.

[-] TemplaerDude@sh.itjust.works 3 points 23 hours ago

The first four years of “Trumps dying!” Was stupid, at this point it’s just pathetic.

[-] reddig33@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago

I still wonder what kind of experimental medications/treatments he was given when he got Covid during his first term.

[-] CircaV@lemmy.ca 11 points 1 day ago

Hope he fucks off this mortal coil soon. Wakes up dead one morning type thing. As is common for octogenarians.

[-] Chivera@lemmy.world 2 points 18 hours ago
[-] CircaV@lemmy.ca 1 points 16 hours ago

People just die in their sleep

[-] Chivera@lemmy.world 1 points 11 hours ago

But if you died while you were asleep how do you wake up

[-] phutatorius@lemmy.zip 12 points 1 day ago

What's wrong with months of pain, fear and helplessness first? If anyone deserves that, it's Trump.

[-] Soggy@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago

What's wrong is that he can still cause harm while that's happening.

[-] AbidanYre@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago

I almost guarantee Stephen Miller or someone is going to Weekend at Bernie's some horrendous shit through before trump's death is publicly announced.

Then we'll get a 6-3 supreme court decision saying it's ok.
