Well, it depends on who it leaked to. Responsible journalists aren't going to share it, but they will verify it. If the person didn't just post it online then it probably isn't publicly available.

If it leaked to the wrong person then they'd use it for "bad" purposes. We probably can't and won't know if this happened. For all we know, China has gotten a lot of messages they aren't supposed to have.
