Any bug bounty program that isn't part of the source control repo website (GitHub/Lab...) Will not enjoy the deserved exposure for such a program, but, the day that GitHub realize this - they will want a cut of that deal
There's a couple online if you look around, but they're all pretty small: Opire.dev oss.issuehunt.io/issues Boss.dev/issues/open And probably dozens more

That's cool but as soon as there are such kind of bounties, there is an incentive to hold back any useful and wanted features to keep the money flowing. It's a double edged sword
What about a way to donate (held in reserve for that purpose?) money after the fact for specific commits, and then have a way to indicate which things you'd be most likely to donate to going forward if they are completed? This would mean less reliable payments since there wouldn't be a guarantee any given contribution would result in a payout, but there wouldn't be any disincentive to work on things and there would be a general idea of what donators want. Plus doing it that way would eliminate the need for a manual escrow process.
GitCoin exists and has been pretty successful in the past.
Though I suspect it's not what you're looking for. I don't see bounties on their site anymore and their focus has been mostly in the crypto space.
