a Democrat on Thursday asked Mike Pence at the Iowa State Fair, “Why did you commit treason on Jan. 6?”
I don’t understand this accusation - Mike Pence is an asshole, don’t get me wrong, but I thought Jan. 6 was like, maybe the 1 good thing he did by not going along with Trump’s plan to steal the election? What am I missing?
Yeah this seems frustrating
It wasn't a Democrat, the article is wrong. It was a maga idiot.
What am I missing?
MAGA brain rot.
Mike Pence is an asshole
That's an understatement. Mike Pence is walking talking human garbage.
Thanks for not expanding on the point at all or answering the question
Oh, I expanded on the point that Pence is a fucking asshole. Nice gatekeeping though.
Are you 12?
No, he was my governor and not only enacted damaging policy while in office, but some of the things that did not pass were unbelievable. My favorite being when he tried to pass a law where women who had gotten an abortion would have to host a mandatory funeral and pay for funerary costs. Just disgusting.
He's a repugnant human being and an even worse official.
Nobody is disputing that.
The questioner thinks the election was stolen and Pence was duty-bound to help block Biden from being certified as POTUS.
And this is the best they could come up with to go against Trump.
It would be pathetic if it wasn't so terrifying.
I think his campaign would have been very effective if Trump was already in prison.
His whole thing was, "Trump is weak, and actually too liberal on the issues."
This obviously cannot work currently, as Trump is the strict daddy figure, and you cannot call strict daddy weak. You also cannot be stricter than strict daddy. This is how hierarchical thinking works.
However, if Trump was already in prison, he'd be like, "Trump is weak, and that's why he's in prison." And that would sell.
I can’t lie: regardless of how uncertain I am about the political future of the US, I am MASSIVELY enjoying watching the GOP eat itself.
I don’t get it, why pudding?
I mean, he ate pudding with his fingers
But which 3? Index, middle, ring is the obvious... But what if it's middle, ring, pinky? Could the thumb be involved? What if it's index, ring, pinky... America demands answers!
I don't understand it, but I find it hilarious nonetheless.

I'm not reading all that. Is it really a whole ass thing and not something simple like "he scooped pudding into his dumb face with his sausage fingers instead of using a spoon"
i mean, that's pretty much it. don't think there was even photos. just something an assistant said happened, pretty sure.
just posted all those for background. for the motivated. to answer the question.
But yeah, it's GOP politics... you're not going to get substance. it's high school equivalent bitching and moaning, as always.
Did Ronald's mommy sign the authorization for him to be called Ron?
Ronald MacSantis
before attending the Iowa state fair on Saturday.
The fair saved a lot of money, a two for one: one clown that's also a fake strongman!
Is that like salad fingers?
Yes but instead of red water coming out it's pudding.
What I’m hearing is Ronald loves nettles.
Russsty ssspooooon
People like that are Americans, motherfucker.
Let's be honest: Ron DeSantis eating pudding with a spoon is the most human, likeable thing about him.
I'd make it a central component of his campaign
I'm waiting for the campaign ad that includes him eating pudding with a spoon.
Reminds me of Christine O'Donnell's (if you remember her) "I'm not a witch" ad.
