It's a shame. I want to buy on gog, but when the exact same game works without a hassle on Steam instead...

Sure, that will work too. Bit it's more of a hassle than just logging in and clicking "install".

You can also link your GOG account and install whatever game you want. Once linked, you should only have to click install.
Oh yeah. Just had to uncheck the "show only installed" to see my stuff. Thanks. :D
Have you tried Heroic? I've heard it supports GOG but I've only used it for a couple Epic Games games
I did install a couple of games with Heroic without issues. But @pleb_maximus@feddit.de said they had some kind of problem with it, so I recommended Lutris as an alternative. I haven't used Heroic in a while though, Lutris seems to work well enough for me.
Yup. It's basically random which games are installable today.

That's a bug which is fixed in the next version.
Still a pain waiting for the next version to actually drop. That seems like it should warrant a hotfix.
It really should be. Shame that they are taking their sweet time with it.
