Yup! It's sorta standard? The dozen or so girls I know personally are also on spiro. I won't speak to their levels, but mine have been in a Fantasic spot for a long time now. I'm 18 months on HRT and my t levels have been negligible since around the 6 month mark.

I'm lucky enough to be in an area with a good medical support system and have a dedicated endo specific for trans patients. So I am getting regular tests and I am veeeeery happy with my results. Enough so that while I was approved for it, I canceled all my FFS meetings.

Previously on reddit I was warned about using progesterone by someone, but thats another one I am pretty pleased with. So while I absolutely love where you are coming from, and appreciate the caring involved to link that.
