The expert is talking about Large Language Models (LLMs). You know, those chat bots that are good at pretending they know shit. We still might have AGI in the future, but LLMs are a dead end.
Oh, so he is. I'm so used to seeing LLM used interchangeably with AI that I made the same error... damnit...
