I don't even know which setting I am using for this
It's the default. Steam excludes reviews from languages you don't speak, and "periods of off-topic review activity", by default.
IDK but please figure it out and then LMK
It's the new setting valve put in to separate reviews of different languages, there's a setting that lets you pick a primary language(s), and if you'd like on topic and those languages displayed for you, or all reviews regardless of topic.
