Trump said that European leaders like Keir Starmer and Emmanuel Macron are “consumed far more with [Ukraine] because they’re right there.” “You know we have an ocean that’s separating us, right? A thing called... an ocean,” he said.

From that context I would have assumed he meant the Atlantic, though.

edit: lol, they actually updated the article and changed it to Atlantic ...
